How to Raise Your Vibration

So, You Want to Raise Your Vibration

Students and energy healing clients always ask me how to raise your vibration. They tend to be quite surprised when I tell them and it turns out to be very much Vibrant aura for how to raise your vibrationlike how you live a healthy, clean life with adequate self-care.

Why raise your vibration?

Higher vibrations are lighter, facilitate clearer communication with the higher self and the spiritual realm (universal energy), allow you to be more open to intuitive and psychic information, are associated with positive energy and positive outcomes, and promote healing and well-being. Low vibrations are consistent with dense energy and manifest in imbalance and disease at the physical level.

33 Ways to Raise Your Vibration

There are many more than 33 ways to raise your vibration, but this is a good start on how to raise your vibration.

  1. Drink lots of water. Plain warm water is best, although, it can be lightly naturally flavored. Drinking water detoxes and clears.
  2. Be around water. Shower; bathe; take a sauna; or go to the ocean, river, pond; etc
  3. Practice deep breathing. Take long deep regular breaths: 4 to 6 seconds for each inhale and exhale. Practice for as long as you feel comfortable. Do a few minutes at different times of the day if you like.
  4. Meditate. Find a practice that suits you and your needs. If you don’t have the time or patience, consider short practices
  5. Engage in physical activity that you really enjoy (if you don’t like doing it, it’s bound to produce toxins)
  6. Make time for enjoyment
  7. Be positive. This works best if you’re honest with yourself. In other words, it’s better to choose a small positive truth, than a big wishful lie. Trite affirmations aren’t effective.
  8. Laugh, joke and smile…authentically
  9. Maintain a healthy, balanced diet. Eat regularly and without being rushed
  10. Get sufficient sleep
  11. Be mindful
  12. Spend time in nature. Take in the fresh air and natural light (sun and moonlight)
  13. Sit under a tree. Communicate the tree. This creates connection and is grounding
  14. Smell good smells (e.g., flowers, natural aromatics, etc). Artificial scents don’t count
  15. Go barefoot and create a connection to mother earth. It’s grounding and supportive
  16. Listen to or play music. Choose only what you like. Otherwise, it’s likely to produce toxins
  17. Sing, chant, or hum. Sound creates vibrations in the body
  18. Be around art
  19. Detox. This applies, to your diet, skin, personal and environmental energy (smudging), and thoughts
  20. Dry brush. Make sure to stroke toward the heart. Do about seven strokes. This is wonderful for the aura
  21. Use salt scrubs and baths. Add appropriate good quality essential oils for scent and additional physical and vibrational healing
  22. Appreciate yourself and your qualities
  23. Be grateful
  24. Give and/or get a hug
  25. Get colonics
  26. Alkalize with food and water
  27. Eat “raw” foods (those cooked at or below 110 degrees) so that they retain the food’s enzymes
  28. Avoid toxins (this includes recreational substances as well), negative ideas, low or bad quality foods
  29. De-clutter
  30. Avoid negative people and attitudes
  31. Avoid that which creates stress
  32. Reduce the sense of being out of control or NOT in control
  33. Resolve strong anger and fear as well as the related issues

You may be thinking that many of these suggestions are simple ways to live more naturally and improve your health. You’re right. Health and well-being are higher states of vibration. Start from there and the access to more transformative frequencies will be much more within your reach.
