Releasing Limiting Beliefs Workshop Content

Although the content of my Releasing Limiting Beliefs workshops varies a bit from time to time, they all have a similar focus and content.

I first provide a brief introduction on how we form beliefs and what is meant by a limiting belief from a coach and energy healer’s perspective. Then, for the bulk of our time, we learn and practice simple mind-shifting techniques. We identify common limiting beliefs, assess how they constrain our sense of reality and who we are, then challenge our thinking, and open our minds to more.

This is an interactive workshop. Together we’ll identify limiting thoughts and beliefs and then apply structured inquiry to turn them around and create space for something new.

We’ll learn a practical in-the-moment technique to challenge our thoughts and limiting beliefs, and cultivate a more open perspective and greater mental agility. There’ll be time to practice the technique and explore different variations and applications.
