Since everything is made up of energy and energy is in everything, energy healing can help with anything on any level: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. So, yes, you can use energy healing to get unstuck. In fact, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) and its Soulstar Clearing method specifically offer powerful clearing of energetic blocks.
This clearing can help you release limiting beliefs and behaviors. So, you can use energy healing to get unstuck. It’ll also support you in moving forward in your life and with your purpose.
How IET Helps You Get Unstuck
IET works within the body’s cellular memory and throughout all the layers of the aura. In essence, releases take place on many levels simultaneously. In other words, it works on the multiple aspects of an issue eliminating the need to explicitly address each facet of the resistance individually. Other healing modalities may do this as well. But, IET seems to work more thoroughly.
In fact, IET is one of the best energy healing modalities for clients who want to get moving, gain clarity, change stubborn behaviors, and take specific actions that move them forward on their desired path (e.g., relocate, sieve a relationship, or take up a new profession).

The Role of the Soul Star in Releasing Blocks
Soulstar clearing cleanses the soul star chakra, also known as the 8th chakra and Vyapini, in Sanskrit. A combination of the highly significant Merkaba, Metatron, and Seed of Life sacred symbols represent this chakra, as shown in the illustration.
The soul star is the point of transformation between earthly existence and the unified field. Thus, when clear, it shines the wisdom of the soul down through to all other chakras releasing spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical blocks. In this way, it aligns the body’s entire energy system with intention.
Therefore, a Soulstar clearing helps clients overcome stuck patterns of resistance and embrace beliefs and actions needed to fulfill their intentions. An IET soulstar clearing can be quite powerful.
What’s the IET Soulstar Clearing Like For the Client
Practitioners typically add a Soulstar clearing to the standard IET session; although, they can offer a stand-alone clearing. The practitioner connects to the client’s soul star chakra and then channels energy through the crown chakra to the client’s entire energy system.
The client may feel the energy coming into the crown as heat, tingles, or some other sensation. But, overall the clearing is subtle. In addition, both the client and practitioner often receive helpful intuitive messages relevant to the client’s healing intention.
